The Technique is Stamped Line Art, which means stamp a lined image in ink but with no coloring.
You can watch a great Video by Gina K over at Stamp Tv here and make your version of her fabulous card, like I did.
I cut the card base and layers with Recollections cardstock. Then I used the Inkadinkado Floral Inspiration stamp set for the focal image stamped in Versa Fine Deep Lagoon ink.
The sentiment is from Pink By Design's Friends to the End stamp set.
The inside sentiment is also from the Friends to the End stamp set.
